Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with the Service. Don't scrape, don't reverse engineer, don't help RMT, don't impersonate.
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-10
Version: 2026-05-10
Plain English: Use the Service responsibly. Don't break it, don't abuse it, don't help others break the rules of any game we cover.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") supplements and is part of the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Account Integrity
You shall:
- maintain accurate and current account information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
- notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
You shall not:
- create or maintain more than one account;
- share, sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise grant access to your account;
- create an account using a false identity or another person's information;
- create an account on behalf of any party other than yourself (including any legal entity, unless you are an authorized representative explicitly empowered to bind that entity);
- circumvent any account-level access control or rate limit.
3. Service Integrity
You shall not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service through any automated means (including but not limited to web scrapers, headless browsers, spider programs, automated browser agents, or unauthorized API consumers);
- evade or circumvent rate limits, throttles, or other technical access controls;
- access or use the Service through any interface other than the one we provide;
- access or use any non-public area of the Service (including but not limited to operator surfaces, internal APIs, infrastructure endpoints, or staging environments);
- introduce or attempt to introduce malicious code, viruses, worms, trojans, or any other code intended to disrupt the Service;
- conduct denial-of-service or volumetric attacks against the Service;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated infrastructure without our prior written authorization (responsible-disclosure security research is welcome — contact security@[domain] before testing);
- intercept, decode, or otherwise tamper with traffic to or from the Service.
4. Reverse Engineering and Competitive Use
You shall not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or organization of the Service or any of its components;
- attempt to extract, infer, or reconstruct any proprietary algorithm of the Service, including but not limited to:
- the RPI (ranking) scoring methodology and weights,
- the confidence-state computation,
- the market-health classifier,
- the AI-synthesis prompt structure or system prompts,
- the volatility ratings methodology,
- any other internal scoring or classification logic;
- use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise inform any machine-learning model or AI system;
- use the Service to build, develop, test, market, or operate a product or service that competes with the Service.
5. Resale and Redistribution
You shall not:
- resell, rebroker, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service;
- republish, redistribute, broadcast, or otherwise share Service outputs to third parties (including but not limited to: posting ranked-opportunity outputs to public Discord servers, paid signal channels, social media, blogs, or any other public surface; providing Service outputs as a paid or free service to others; aggregating Service outputs into a third-party product);
- use the Service in any commercial context other than your own personal use;
- use the Service in any way that, taken together with similar use by others, would substitute for separate accounts (e.g., one account servicing multiple traders).
Personal screenshots shared occasionally with friends or in casual social posts are permitted; sustained or systematic redistribution is not.
6. Game-Publisher Compliance
You shall:
- comply with the terms of service, end-user license agreement, and any other rules of every game publisher whose data you view or act upon through the Service;
- treat your obligations to the relevant game publisher as your own — we are not a party to those obligations.
You shall not:
- use the Service in any way that violates any game publisher's terms;
- use the Service to plan, facilitate, advertise, broker, or execute real-money trading (RMT) — the exchange of in-game currency, items, or services for real-world currency or for value in another game;
- use the Service in connection with any botting, automation of game-client actions, multi-boxing-for-profit scheme, account-sharing-for-profit scheme, or other activity prohibited by the relevant game publisher;
- use the Service to coordinate market manipulation that violates a game publisher's anti-manipulation rules.
7. Lawful Use
You shall not use the Service:
- in violation of any applicable law (federal, state, local, international);
- to engage in or promote money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
- to engage in or promote fraud;
- to engage in or promote activity in a country or with a person subject to U.S. sanctions or trade embargoes;
- to harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person;
- to upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
8. Communication and Operator-Channel Conduct
When interacting with our support, abuse, security, legal, or other operator-facing channels, you shall:
- communicate respectfully;
- communicate honestly (no fabricated reports, no manufactured evidence, no pretextual harassment of other users);
- communicate in your own person (no impersonation of other users, support staff, operators, or third parties);
- avoid sending excessive volumes of communication intended to overload or disrupt our operational capacity.
You shall not:
- impersonate any person, including any of our employees, operators, or contractors;
- file knowingly false abuse reports, false copyright claims, false support tickets, or false security reports;
- use operator-facing channels for marketing, recruitment, or solicitation.
9. AI Feature Use
When using Pro+ AI features, you shall:
- treat AI-generated outputs as tools and not as advice (see Risk Disclosure);
- not deliberately attempt to elicit prohibited content (jailbreaking, prompt injection of harmful instructions);
- not use AI features in any way intended to extract or reconstruct the underlying model, prompt, or training data;
- comply with the fair-use limits described in the Subscription Terms.
10. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP are detected through automated monitoring (rate-limit anomalies, behavioral pattern matching), manual review (operator flagging), reports from other users, and reports from third parties.
The standard enforcement progression is:
- Warning — for minor or apparently inadvertent violations; account state unchanged; user notified by email.
- Restriction — affected feature disabled; account moved to
restrictedaccess state; user notified by email; written response invited. - Suspension — account moved to
suspendedstate; access blocked; investigation pending; refund eligibility per Subscription Terms §5.4. - Termination — account moved to
closedstate; access permanently blocked; refund eligibility per Subscription Terms §5.4.
We reserve the right to skip steps where the violation is severe (e.g., security attack, fraud, RMT facilitation, threats of harm) and proceed directly to suspension or termination. All actions are recorded in the immutable privileged_action_audits substrate and are reviewable on request consistent with our compliance posture.
11. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP by another user or by a third party purporting to be us:
